Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our client's warehouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless goods movement, inventory accuracy, and a safe, efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct daily warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory flow.
• Enforce ID verification and intake protocols for all drivers.
• Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) swiftly.
• Maximize space utilization and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee WMS data integrity and ensure timely product intake and labeling.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound schedules and supervise floor staff and temp labor.
• Monitor labor hours and support cost control efforts.
• Lead audits and escalate operational issues when needed.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift and turret truck certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to commute between locations in Morris and Hudson Counties.
