About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in driving technical excellence and innovation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with both business objectives and customer needs. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of experience in Application Development in Java 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot 3+ years of experience in Data Base Technologies such as Oracle or Mongo DB 2+ years of experience working with Redis 2 +years of experience in Kafka 2+ years of experience in Cloud Implementation (Azure, Kubernetes, Google, or PCF) 2+ years of experience in Microservices or SOA Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Business Process Orchestration 2+ years of experience in Agile working environment such as Scrum or Kanban 2+ years of experience in Rest API 2+ years of experience with API Gateway and Containerization 2+ years of experience in financial industry is a plus Knowledge about Stored procedure using Oracle Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Posting End Date: 7 Aug 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
