Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our sanitation team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic warehouse environment by deep-cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas. You'll work closely with sanitation protocols and chemical safety standards to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleaning of warehouse floors, equipment, and tools
Safely operate water pressure hoses and sanitation equipment
Assemble and disassemble machinery for thorough cleaning
Follow sanitation SOPs, GMPs, and chemical safety (SDS) procedures
Maintain cleanliness standards in cold environments (approx. 38°ree;F)
Requirements:
Prior experience in sanitation, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning preferred
Ability to read and follow chemical handling and safety instructions
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working 8–12 hour shifts
Comfortable working in cold conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
