Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $22.56 per hour

Shift: 1st shift - Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm; overtime may be required

What's the Job?

• Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products from the warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
• Load materials onto machines, package finished products, and cut cores as part of the production process.
• Utilize scanning tools for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials (RF Scanning).
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while performing other assigned duties.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
