Job Description

About the Role

The role involves providing technical support to upper-level management, requiring flexibility in shift timings and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Shift times could be 6am-2pm, 8:30-4:30 OR 9:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.
  • Will need to work a weekend every 6 or 7 weeks, then will get 3 consecutive days off during the week.
  • Weekend work will be at home, and consultants will be provided with equipment
  • Candidates must be comfortable working ANY shift.
  • Experience in Outlook messaging is ideal.
  • Need candidates with great soft skills since they are going to be supporting the partner desks of upper-level management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in the technical support field in an enterprise environment, preferably with phone support experience.

Required Skills

  • Solid technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and support experience with the following:
  • Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 7, 10)
  • Zoom
  • Networking, LAN, WAN, corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment
  • Windows desktop and server operating system
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic conceptual knowledge of Citrix/VMware/VDI/Virtualization.
  • Ability to perform Mobile OS (iOS/Android) application troubleshooting.
  • Team player mentality, collaborative, self-learner, and self-motivated.
  • Good understanding of English and good communication skills are a must.
  • Strong customer service skills and focus on ownership throughout the resolution process.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for applications such as Microsoft 365 Suite, iOS, and Android devices for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in high-level customer support or VIP support roles.

Pay range and compensation package

22.50/hr
