Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team full-time on-site in Miami, FL as a Scrum Master / Business Analyst. The Scrum Master / Business Analyst will be responsible for planning and facilitating sprints, conducting in-depth analyses, and communicating effectively with teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be passionate about Agile methodologies, skilled in running smooth agile ceremonies, and adept at translating complex business needs into clear requirements. This dual-role position requires a proactive professional committed to enhancing productivity, efficiency, and business value delivery. They will also create and refine user stories and work closely with software development teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
As Scrum Master:
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
· Identify and resolve impediments, guiding the team to self-organize and perform at peak efficiency.
· Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
· Maintain and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity.
· Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
· Track team velocity and support sprint commitments
As Business Analyst:
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.
· Perform gap analyses and workflow assessments to improve operational efficiency.
· Provide ongoing analysis and support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
