Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated professional with deep expertise in direct sales and a proven ability to create human-centric training for adult learners. This role requires someone who can balance autonomy and collaborationbringing personal initiative, ownership, and strong follow-through to every projectwhile serving as a trusted coach and educator for the field.
Background in Direct Sales Market preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager of Field Education and team members to identify training needs and priorities for the field.
  • Design and deliver training using sound instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and coaching techniques.
  • Develop engaging and cohesive lesson plans with smooth, logical f low that drive performance improvement.
  • Incorporate multimedia, interactivity, and real-world application into courses to enhance learning experiences.
  • Write and update self-guided eLearning scripts, training assets, and course materials.
  • Apply best practices in online learning to meet a variety of learning styles and preferences.
  • Offer feedback and coaching to ensure training is engaging, effective, and relevant to Independent Party Reps.
  • Regularly update eLearning course content and assets with current best practices and business needs.

Coach and Support Independent Reps

  • Provide group and 1:1 coaching sessions to help Independent Party Reps build sales, sponsoring, and leadership capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for guidance, problem-solving, and confidence-building in business development.
  • Model and teach practical strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term success.
  • Help Reps navigate challenges, develop a growth mindset, and maintain resilience in a dynamic direct sales environment.

Coordinate and Communicate

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from the field to guide future training and coaching content.
  • Communicate valuable insights from the field to the education team and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to ensure all training and coaching adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Lead corporate education projects and/or participate on cross-functional teams as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Adult Education/Training, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience creating training and providing coaching for adult learners.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, either in the home office or independent representative side.
  • Mastery of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (Rallyware preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, project management tools, Zoom, and webinar platforms.
