Position: Digital Marketing Associate Department: Creative Services Reporting To: Digital Marketing Lead Location: Topeka, KS – Onsite Overview Advisors Excel is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and growing Digital Team. This role is part of our Creative Services Division—our very own in-house ad agency dedicated to providing cutting-edge marketing and digital services to take our advisors' businesses to the next level! If you have a love for digital marketing, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for managing digital campaigns, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do Launch and manage semi-custom, paid digital campaigns for financial advisors on platforms like Facebook, Google, and more Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize performance and ensure client success Deliver insightful reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign results and trends Collaborate with clients, sharing your expertise and guiding them through digital marketing strategies across multiple channels Embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and assist in additional tasks as needed Experience You’ll Bring Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads platform for creating and managing paid digital advertising campaigns Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to produce meaningful insights A customer-focused mindset with top-notch communication skills via phone and email The ability to coach and educate clients on digital marketing strategies with confidence Adaptability and willingness to tackle new challenges head-on Strong familiarity with Office 365 Suite and Adobe Suite tools An organized, self-motivated attitude and a collaborative team spirit Bonus Points Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize 1-3 years of experience working within an ad agency What You’ll Get Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options) Generous PTO package from your start date Access to an on-site café, gym and even an on-site primary care Continuous personal and professional development opportunities Who We Are Advisors Excel is a fast paced, innovative company that seeks to service independent financial advisors in a multitude of areas within their business.
