JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Content Creator will craft content that brings the BHC portfolio to life. You will concept, create, and deliver best-in-class content across digital, social, and on-property channels that captures the spirit of Southern hospitality and modern luxury. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of cultural relevance, you’ll shape stories that elevate the brand and connect with audiences in meaningful, memorable ways. This role demands creativity, agility, and a passion for translating brand values into compelling visual and narrative content.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, propose, and produce original content from ideation through final execution. Ensure every aspect of the asset reflects the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.
  • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends. Regularly propose fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand experience on the cutting edge.
  • Create property-specific content that reflects the individuality of each destination—hotel, restaurant, theater, and park—while maintaining brand cohesion.

  • Produce platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with an emphasis on short-form video and storytelling.
  • Capture and edit original photo and video assets through on-site shoots and event documentation.
  • Deliver real-time coverage of BHC activations, seasonal events, and live experiences to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Schedule, post, and adapt content to match platform best practices and optimize performance.
  • Review performance data and audience insights to inform future creative decisions and iterate on past successes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing creative thinking, content creation, and design execution.
  • A deep understanding of social media and internet culture, with the ability to craft content that resonates across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • An eye for detail, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
