Scientific and technical staffing leader connecting top talent with industry-leading companies Our client, a leader in scientific innovation and immunology research, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Bioinformatics Analyst to join their Computational Sciences Immunology team. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze diverse NGS datasets, including bulk RNA-seq and single-cell genomics, to support immunology research.
Lead end-to-end data analysis workflows: from data normalization and differential expression to pathway enrichment and biological interpretation.
Generate high-quality visualizations and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
Expand existing analytical codebases or develop new one-off pipelines tailored to specific study needs.
Core Qualifications:
Proficiency in R, Python, Linux, and Bash for bioinformatics workflows and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with transcriptomic datasets (e.g., scRNA-seq or bulk RNA-seq).
Ability to quickly understand complex biological questions and translate analytical results into actionable insights.
Experience working with immunology or oncology datasets in an academic or industry research setting.
Bonus: Experience with single-cell RNA-seq data analysis is advantageous but not required.
