The Senior Manager of Video Production will serve as the strategic and operational leader of TRANZACT’s video production pipeline, supporting branded and unbranded creative across CTV, DRTV, and other emerging creative or video formats. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day production, overseeing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all outputs meet quality, compliance, and business expectations before reaching the Senior Director for final strategic oversight.
This position will act as the bridge between execution and strategic vision, ensuring the department operates efficiently at scale while also helping to advance creative innovation and best practices. The Senior Manager will also own forward-facing business operations including accounting, invoicing approvals, ensuring deliverables stay on track and aligned with business expectations.
This is a highly autonomous leadership position that requires proactive decision-making, cross-functional influence, and operational excellence.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
