Job Details
- 3 - 12 hour shifts with 2 Saturdays per month
- Minimum of once per week stand-by from 7p-7a (Monday through Saturday)
- Once per month Stand-By on Sunday from 7a-7a Monday
- Once per month Back-up standby on Sunday from 7a-7a Monday
- Required to work in the 4 hospital campuses (Denville, Dover, Passaic, and Newark)
- May also include the Kindred LTACs in the Dover and Passaic campuses
- Required to stay and complete a 3rd dialysis shift on most days
Job Requirements
- Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Must have ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Nursys license verification required
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start
- Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher
- Must pass Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening with 80% or higher
- COVID-19 vaccine and booster required or declination completed
- Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer)
- Annual respirator fit test required
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity required
- Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season
- TB test within one year of start date
- Driver's License, State ID, or Passport required
- Proof of Varicella immunity required
- Tdap vaccination required
- Physical/Health Statement annually, must state clear to work
- Prime OIG check required
- Must pass Prime Core Competencies Exam with 80% or higher
- Prime Skills Checklist required
- Prime Color-blind test annually
- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date
- Prime Agency Attestation required
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search required
- Prime Badge Photo required
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required
- Must pass Prime Specialty Exam with 80% or higher
- Prime Orientation Packet required
- Signed Prime Job Description required
- Prime Education Verification required
- DCI/BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention required
- Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start
