At Tee Commerce, we make it easy for private clubs and golf courses to sell merchandise online with no extra work or inventory risk. We design and manage custom online retail storefronts that match the look and feel of each club’s existing website, providing access to a catalog of hundreds of products from dozens of top brands. As orders come in, we handle on-demand fulfillment, applying the club’s logo and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Role Overview

We’re a small team building thoughtful products. We lean on no-code tools where it makes sense, and avoid over-engineering when a simpler solution will do. We’re looking for someone who can bridge product and development — technically skilled enough to dive into code, while also comfortable leading our remote dev team to help guide the product forward.

This will be our first product hire and this role will work very closely with the founder/CEO to build out the Product and Development function and team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product roadmap and help translate ideas into clear, buildable tasks
• Manage and support our overseas development team (daily coordination, prioritization, light code reviews)
• Contribute to development when needed (front-end, back-end, or low/no code — whatever gets the job done)
• Balance technical solutions with practical outcomes — not everything needs to be coded from scratch
• Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid full stack experience — enough to understand how things are built and step in when needed
• Comfortable working with low/no code tools like Airtable, Softr, Zapier, and n8n
• Good understanding of the Shopify ecosystem — including how to work with themes, apps, and APIs
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and keep them organized
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a startup or product leadership role
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or Notion
• A good eye for UX and how things should feel
• Experience managing remote teams
