We are looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our growing team. We are looking for strong talent to help us create novel, life-changing digital health solutions for our users. Our QA engineers are comfortable dealing with high-level specifications, working in small teams, and are involved in the product development process from start to finish.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases based on product requirements, design specifications, and user stories.
  • Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Write, optimize, and maintain automation scripts and detailed test execution reports
  • Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and traceability matrices
  • Execute test cases using test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, or similar platforms .
  • Perform comprehensive regression testing Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using issue-tracking systems while collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with QA Managers, UI/UX designers, software developers, and product owners
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
  • Optimize test suites for continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless automated testing in development workflows.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying and addressing risks or inefficiencies in the QA process.
  • Continuously research and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the software QA testing field is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of QA Methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, C#, or other automation-related languages .
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium frameworks .
  • Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools .
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) for test automation integration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks .
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6 .
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality test solutions.
  • Experience with Test Management Tools such as Zephyr, Polarion or Helix ALM systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare industry experience, a plus
