Social Worker (LICSW or LMHC)

The Social Worker (LICSW or LMHC) provides clinical supervision, direct client services, and program support to improve the well-being of children and youth. This role also builds relationships with agency partners, ensures compliance with clinical standards, and contributes to program development in a nonprofit setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Clinical Services – Conduct evaluations, individual therapy, and group counseling for children and youth
• Supervise & Mentor Staff – Oversee clinical team members and interns, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Training & Development – Lead training programs for foster parents and staff
• Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to clinical and regulatory standards in program operations
• Clinical Supervision – Conduct and document regular supervision meetings with clinical team members
• Program Feedback & Improvement – Report directly to the Program Director and provide insights for program development

Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• 5+ years of client service experience in a clinical setting
• Independent Clinical License (One required): LICSW or LMHC
• Strong leadership & decision-making skills
• Ability to provide clinical supervision
