This is an exciting opportunity to step into a brand-new role with limitless potential to shape and elevate our online presence. As the Social Media Manager, you will be the engine that keeps our publishing machine running which means owning the when, where, and how our content shows up across platforms. From scheduling and engagement to tracking results, you’ll ensure our social channels not only look polished but perform at their best.

This role goes beyond simply posting content, we’re looking for someone with strong organizational and project management skills who can bring consistency, insight, and momentum to our digital presence. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership and creative teams, ensuring content is delivered on time, scheduled with precision, and optimized for engagement. Aout You:

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering consistent results (95%+ of posts published on schedule).

• Familiarity with social scheduling platforms (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).

• Comfortable analyzing analytics, interpreting KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, leads generated), and providing clear reporting.

• Good judgment in community engagement, maintaining a professional and on-brand tone with timely responses.

• Create and edit caption copy, from captions to graphics, you care about getting it right and catching the little things others miss.

• Intermediate experience with AI tools like Runway, Google VEO/Flow, Claude/ChatGPT or similar? to streamline research, drafting, or ideation

• A collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with leadership and creative teams.

• This role requires availability between 8 am - 5 pm Pacific

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Keep a close eye on what’s working across platforms and apply those trends.

• Schedule and publish content consistently using Meta Business Suite (or other scheduling platforms as needed). Plan and execute strategies that boost engagement and growth.

• Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, and engage with followers in a timely, on-brand manner.

• Track performance metrics and provide weekly snapshots and monthly roll-up reports to the team.

• Set up and maintain social media automations (IG keyword triggers, ManyChat, etc.).

• Act as the bridge between strategy (Mark) and execution (Content Producer), collaborating closely with both.

• Partner with the Leadership Team for accountability and communicate with Producer/Editors to ensure assets are delivered on time and on-brand.
