The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CSM, HRSD, ITAM, or ITSM implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen who is comfortable undergoing extensive background checks or possesses a public trust clearance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITAM (SAM, HAM), CSM, HRSD, and ITSM. Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management. Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. One or more of the ITSM implementation, HRSD, ITAM (SAM or HAM), or CSM certifications are preferred. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. U.S. citizenship is required. Must possess a public trust clearance.
