The Role

Lead high-profile construction projects ($10M-$100M+) from concept to completion. You'll manage project teams, develop schedules, oversee budgets, and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules and drive on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead cross-functional project teams and support field superintendents
• Develop client relationships and support business growth
• Handle contract administration, permits, and project closeout
• Maintain financial oversight including change order management

What You Need

• Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering
• Experience: 10+ years in construction project management with Design-Build emphasis
• Specialties: Data Centers, Healthcare, Pharma, Cold Storage, and/or Medium-Large Manufacturing
• Skills: Strong technical background, excellent communication, ability to influence stakeholders
• Travel: Willingness to travel preferred
