We are seeking a skilled Senior Economist to develop future measurement models for Devices and Services marketing, focusing on their impact on long-term free cash flow.
We are looking for a talented Senior Economist to lead the development of Devices and Services' marketing mix models, linking marketing spend and impressions to their effects on long-term free cash flow. The Senior Economist will be responsible for creating a tailored MMM framework that reflects the unique aspects of the Devices and Services business model, integrating it with A/B testing for robust impact measurement, and driving innovation in marketing measurement using econometrics and machine learning.
The DEV Science team’s mission is to measure and optimize the long-term economic value of the Devices business, balancing short-term and long-term tradeoffs across the product lifecycle, and delivering clear value for Amazon shoppers. We utilize advancements in causal inference, structural modeling, and machine learning to solve complex business problems in Amazon Devices. The team includes economists, data and applied scientists, and dedicated product and engineering partners.
