Summary Of Responsibilities

Will serve as a Scrum Master for IT application projects and lead efforts to understand and enhance user experiences. This role will lead project initiatives and drive projects to completion leveraging agile and more traditional project management frameworks. This role will also support the ongoing development of organizational changes supporting project and customer tools.

Essential Duties

  • Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for IT application projects. Manage project requests and the execution of multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • Meet with business contacts across FirstKey Homes to understand project requests and/or user experiences of FirstKey Homes applications. Gather feedback about application strengths, pain points, training, and operational needs.
  • Support a Scaled Agile Framework implementation (SAFE) when applicable for cross functional larger scaled initiatives.
  • Be efficient in both JIRA and MS Project to develop and track project activities.
  • Provide project reporting capabilities from both JIRA and MS Project supporting project initiatives.
  • Drive IT application projects forward using agile processes and ensuring business and development teams are leveraging best practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand ups and key sprint ceremonies on a consistent basis to ensure a consistent approach is followed across project delivery.
  • Monitor and track performance to ensure milestones are reached. Provide status reports to stakeholders, address questions and explain technical information into easily understood concepts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging knowledge, practices, trends and technologies to enhance user experiences of FirstKey Homes applications. Recommend and implement solutions that enhance company operations.
  • Assist in reviewing tools that can be utilized across the IT and broader FKH organization supporting communication and project activities.
