Position Title: RPA Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 12 - 18 Months (Possibility of extension)

Job Description:

• Proficient in Robotics Process Automaton application development.
• Working proficiency in Robotics Process Automation toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Demonstrates understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common framework
• Demonstrates understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security
• Working proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
• Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Alteryx to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation technologies.
• Experience with other automation tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
