Noor Talents Staffing is proud to partner with Playful Minds Therapy (PMT)—a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. PMT is actively hiring Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate, patient, and eager to support children in reaching their highest potential.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children in a structured, engaging environment

• Implement personalized behavior plans to help children build daily living, communication, and social skills

• Collect data and track progress to support clinical goals

• Collaborate with clinical teams and parents to ensure consistent care

• Bring energy, creativity, and patience to every session

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication skills and love for working with children

• Availability for part-time shifts (weekdays or weekends)

• Must be reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with children or individuals with special needs

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field

• Knowledge of ABA principles (a plus, not required)

• RBT certification (preferred but not required – we’ll help you get there!)
