Our client is a leading specialty insurance group focused on marine, surety, and logistics-related coverages is seeking a Regional Leader for its Charleston, SC office. This hybrid role reports to the division President and plays a critical part in driving growth, developing talent, and building strong client relationships within the logistics and customs brokerage sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including Product Managers, Business Development Executives, and Relationship Managers.
• Foster a culture of engagement, curiosity, and bold thinking aligned with company values.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure a high standard of service and retention.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute region-specific strategies.
• Oversee regional office financials, including revenue and profitability goals.
• Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in insurance brokerage, with a valid producer license
• Proven leadership in a brokerage or financial services setting
• Strong sales, business development, and budget management skills
• Deep industry knowledge of logistics, customs, and risk management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
