In Home Care & Assistance – A nationally known, locally owned home care agency
We’re growing and seeking a Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our exceptional caregiving team.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates
Manage hiring process: background checks, references, compliance
Support new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers
Create job postings and assist with social media recruiting
Represent the agency at hiring events and career fairs
Requirements
Recruiting, HR, staffing, or sales experience preferred
Strong people skills; professional and approachable
Dependable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office; social media/ATS experience a plus
