Location : Remote / Hybrid

Salary : $65,000 per year + performance based commission + Bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in one or more of the following sectors: light industrial, IT, healthcare, accounting/finance, hospitality, or corporate services.

This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to fill a variety of positions quickly while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment : intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Stay current on labor market trends, wage rates, and competitive landscape for assigned industries.
  • Assist in client presentations, site visits, and workforce planning as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    • 2-5+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
    • Proven success placing candidates in light industrial, IT, healthcare, accounting/finance, hospitality, or corporate services sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Avionté, Bullhorn, JobDiva), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.).
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
    • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, or other language relevant to client/candidate base).
  • Experience supporting multiple industries concurrently.
  • Staffing agency or RPO experience with high-volume requisitions.
