Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our EAST HAVEN Crisis Stabilization Center, providing immediate support and effective interventions to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. In this vital role, you will oversee a dedicated team committed to creating a safe, therapeutic environment that facilitates stabilization and connects people with the necessary resources for ongoing support. The Program Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of Adult Services at EAST Haven Crisis Stabilization Center including agency staff and external subcontracting programs. Provides clinical and peer supervision and supervises day-to-day activities of staff to assure that the program is in compliance with government and agency regulations, policies, and procedures. Must be able to work 12pm - 8pm at least twice per week.
