The company was founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right, staying active and building healthy habits. It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its leadership team across multiple roles.

About the role:
We're hiring a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring our wellness products to life through engaging short-form ads and Instagram-first content. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and digital performance.Our video projects include (but are not limited to) product Reviews, UGC Ads, client testimonials and other brand-related content that reflects Fitelo's vision of health and wellness.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Create scroll-stopping product ads for Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
• Design motion graphics that highlight benefits, ingredients, offers, and USPs - while keeping visuals clean and engaging.
• Turn product concepts into video ads, GIFs, animated statics, and reel formats .
• Collaborate with the content and growth team to build conversion-focused creatives .
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable, high-CTR versions for ads and social.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends across Instagram, D2C, and ad networks.
• Bring ideas to the table - not just execute briefs.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience creating motion graphics for performance ads or social-first D2C brands
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color, type, and mobile-first layouts
• Ability to design with brand consistency across assets
• Portfolio that shows ads or social content for consumer products

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in design, multimedia, animation, or a related field
• 2 4 years' experience in motion/graphic design, ideally in a startup or D2C environment
