We are a growing business and are looking for someone to complement our close-knit team. This person is career-focused and can easily adapt from one aspect of the job to another. We are willing to train those willing to learn. An ideal candidate can work closely with others and be self-motivated to complete time-sensitive tasks.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM some days may require earlier start or later end

Office duties:
Appropriate clothing for a business casual office & professional demeanor for emails and phone calls
Data Entry Familiar with Dropbox/Word/Outlook/Access
Will be taught: Gerber Omega Software to create blueprints and stencils
Creating blueprints for new stones from design notes
Emailing customers designs and triaging adjustments
Follow up call/emails to confirm approvals
Printing, Weeding stencils & maintaining the Plotter and related supplies
Taking calls on status updates & monument inquiries in knowledgeable & professional way
Status updates on foundations, permits, lot locations

Skills and Qualifications:
Creative Passionate Self-Motivated Can work in groups Computer literate Professional communication skills in person and on phone Exceptionally detail oriented Sensitive to deadlines & Time management Punctual Organized Experience with multi-tasking Can follow through with a project from start to finish

Benefits:

Pay: starting at $16/hour

Salary/Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
