Job Summary:

As a MOKA Barista, youll be at the heart of the actioncrafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and keeping our shops running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
• Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
• Team Rockstar Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates. Together, youll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!

Qualifications:

• Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food or beverage experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train you!
• Must be available to work a minimum of20 hours/week(including weekends), with the potential for up to35+ hours/week
