We’re seeking a skilled and dependable TIG/MIG Welder with a strong background in precision sheet metal fabrication. If you thrive in a production environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in delivering top-quality work, we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel
• Build fixtures and perform setups for precision sheet metal fabrication
• Conduct quality checks to ensure fabrication meets specifications
• Set up and operate spot welders, including tooling selection and machine configuration
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• 5+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Proficient in TIG welding on all metals and in all positions
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience with fixture building and sheet metal setups
• Familiarity with spot welder setup and press brake operation
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
