Marketing Coordinator

Location: Apopka, FL (On-Site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative  Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Apopka, FL. In this role, you will support the execution of our marketing strategy through impactful visual content, advertising campaigns, and team collaboration. You will lead design initiatives, manage digital advertising (including Google Ads), and help guide a small creative team to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms
• Create campaign strategy and creative direction
• Lead and coordinate tasks for a small creative/marketing team, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Plan and manage photo shoots for our social media and our campaigns on site.
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic and digital design.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Experience running paid digital ad campaigns, especially Google Ads
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
• Experience leading or coordinating tasks within a creative or marketing team
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
