Role Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist at Vidoori, you will spearhead data-driven initiatives and provide critical insights that guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to uncover meaningful patterns and deliver innovative solutions leveraging data science techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop data-driven strategies.
• Develop and implement advanced algorithms and models to extract value from complex datasets.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists, promoting growth and excellence within the team.
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and integrate them into existing processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, with demonstrated leadership in projects.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods and data modelling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
