Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 HR DOE

F&B Landscape is a respected Landscape Maintenance and Construction company located in Colorado Springs. As an integral part of the F&B team, you will be exposed to what enables us to provide the service delivery our customers have come to expect.

SUMMARY:

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for working effectively within a team environment to provide the highest level of landscape management to our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform grounds-keeping duties.
• Perform safe operations of lawn care equipment: i.e., Walk-behind / Ride-on Mowers 36 to 60, Line Trimmers, Stick Edgers and Blowers.
• Perform snow removal operations from walkways and apply ice melt as needed to prevent slipping.
• Trimming Shrubs and Selective Tree Limb Removal as needed.
• Rake mulch and perform other site-specific duties as required for a finished, quality product
• Experience in Landscape Maintenance is desirable but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance.
• Must also be able to concentrate and focus on their assigned tasks.
• Must be Detail oriented
• Must be Safety oriented
• Must be Team oriented
• Must have the ability to follow direction / instruction
• Must possess the ability to understand and communicate information
• Colorado Drivers License preferred, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our facility in NE Colorado Springs
