Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Job Captain to join their team on Long Island. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of construction documents and coordinate architectural drawings from schematic design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Assist in code compliance reviews and quality control.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts with various stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and project organization according to firm standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of architectural experience, ideally within a professional firm setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit is required.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Base building experience preferred , including ground-up or large-scale commercial/residential projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
