Inventory Administrator

St. Augustine, 32086 | Full-Time | $20/hr. | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:00PM

We are currently hiring an Inventory Administrator! Please read the job details and responsibilities below in order to be considered for the position:

JOB SUMMARY

The role is overall responsible for the company inventory and is responsible for ensuring all goods received are accurately recorded and signed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Check in goods and materials as they are delivered by vendors and/or any other delivery service.
• Assists customers when they arrive to pick up pumps and parts.
• Verify items and quantities to match packing list, report, and discrepancies to purchasing or management.
• Unload containers and truck shipments.
• Stage parts sampling for inspection and assist quality control as necessary.
• Tag and put away parts or components rotating down old stock to be used first.
• Consolidate material as necessary while maintaining FIFO concept and historical information.
• Receives new products into the warehouse and processes it into the inventory data base.
• Ensure quarantined material is properly marked, counted, and stored away from inventory.
• Conducts product cycle counts.
• Ensures that product is correctly located in the warehouse and in the inventory system.
• Assist with special projects as directed.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, database experience is a plus.
• ERP system is Fishbowl. Experience with Fishbowl, SAP, Oracle, or others is preferred.
• Work requires lengthy periods standing, sitting, bending, lifting and working in warehouse conditions.
• Hours are 8AM to 4PM with an hour for lunch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
