You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides excellent food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and training employees, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
