What You'll Learn and Do

As a CNA trainee, you'll gain the skills to provide high-quality, compassionate care, including:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers using proper techniques and equipment
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence for each resident
• Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure optimal care and well-being

Program Details

• 144 hours of instruction required for certification
• Classes held offsite - reliable transportation is necessary
• After completing 16 hours, you can begin working while finishing your training
• Informational session with Michele Hogan - link provided by our recruiter
• In-person interview at our Egg Harbor location. Bring ID, insurance information, and any required documents

What You'll Need

• Genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to the CNA role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License or government-issued photo ID
• Ability to perform essential job functions
• Legal residency in New Jersey
• Willingness to undergo a drug screening
• Successful completion of the CNA credentialing exam within 30 days of program completion
