Location: Primary Branch - Kohler, WI | Travel required across Central Branches

While your primary branch will be our Kohler Branch, this role offers variety and flexibility as you support nearby branches as needed. This position starts at $18-$19 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. What You'll Do:

As a Floating Teller / Member Service Representative, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for members-processing transactions, answering questions, and helping guide them to the financial solutions they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Member Service: Handle day-to-day transactions and inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Build Financial Relationships: Learn about members' needs and recommend credit union products and services that can help.
• Meet Performance Goals: Contribute to team success by meeting service and accuracy goals.
• Cash & Transaction Management: Process member transactions and maintain secure and accurate cash handling.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Follow procedures for account maintenance and adhere to operational policies.
• Communicate Clearly: Engage with members and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner-whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
• Be Adaptable & Supportive: Be ready to jump in where needed and continue learning new skills along the way.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience handling cash and/or working with the public (preferred, not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other branch locations

Schedule & Travel:

This role requires the flexibility to travel to other Kohler Credit Union branches as needed, with standard shifts typically running from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM; however, the schedule may vary based on branch coverage needs.
