The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Lash & Brow Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Prosper and McKinney Locations Hiring
We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with lash experience for our MCKINNEY location opening in May! You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions and enjoys working with people. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist, required
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
• Customer service focused, loves on your clients
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
