Due to an upcoming retirement after 35 years of practice, this award-winning hospital is seeking a family medicine (FM) physician to join their thriving provider team.

Opportunity Details:

• Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care
• 4-day workweek with flexible hours
• Outpatient only, with the option to incorporate inpatient rounds if interested
• Opportunity to focus on specific clinic interests such as women's health, holistic medicine, chronic condition management, office procedures, scopes, and more

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary plus competitive wRVU earnings, with a proven earning potential of over $360,000
• $210,000 recruitment package tailored to your needs
• Comprehensive benefits including fully covered health insurance for you and your family, 8 weeks of PTO, IPERS retirement plan with a 9.5% match, and more
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness and NHSC site designation, with an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment
