Hands N Paws is hiring pet care pros who want to turn their passion into a rewarding career! If you live for wagging tails and happy purrs—and take pet care seriously—we want you on our team!

ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN:

✓ Commit to 20-25+ weekly hours (not seasonal/short-term)
✓  Work (most) weekdays (especially 8 AM–4 PM) when most pet visits occur
✓ Service ALL areas within I-270 (no city restrictions): Bexley, Central, UA, Dublin, etc.
✓ Maintain reliable transportation plus backup plan

Core Responsibilities:

✓ Follow Custom Care Plans – Execute feeding, meds, and activities exactly as instructed.
✓ Maintain Punctuality – Arrive on time for every visit to keep pets on schedule.
✓ Ensure Safety – Secure leashes, check gates, and monitor pet health closely.
✓ Provide Updates – Share real-time photos/notes via app after each visit.
✓ Uphold Trust – Treat pets and homes with respect, reporting concerns promptly.

Must-Have Qualifications:

✓  Valid License & Insured Vehicle (plus backup transport)
✓  Clean Background Check (pass screening/references)
✓  Smartphone Pro (app-savvy for scheduling/documentation)
✓  Active & Capable (walk dogs, lift pets, handle energetic animals)

Compensation:

Team members are paid 50% base commission on all pet services completed. Earnings include:

$11+ (20-min service) | $13+ (30-min service) | $18+ (45-min service) | $23+ (60-min service)

✓ Earning Boosts: Multi-pet households (+$3-5), Same-day visit requests (+$10), Holidays (+$15)
✓ Retain 100% service tips (often +$5-20)
✓ Biweekly payroll via direct deposit

IMPORTANT NOTE:

While you'll enjoy wonderful moments with animals, this role goes beyond playtime. Each day brings at least 4-6 scheduled visits where you'll provide specialized care - from precise medication routines to energetic walks - while carefully documenting each pet's wellbeing. You'll need reliability to maintain strict schedules, physical stamina for active pets, and keen observation skills to spot health concerns. Rain or shine, you'll be there ensuring every pet receives attentive, responsible care.
