We are seeking highly motivated and accomplished Boomi Integration Architects who encourage an environment where engineers are thought leaders and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. Acting as leaders across the organization on design, architecture, and best practices, they elevate those around them and push the company forward. 

In this role, you will: 

• Development and implementation of integration solutions using Dell Boomi.  

• Design, build, and maintain integration processes between various applications, data sources, and cloud services.  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.  

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.  

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members.  

• Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide ongoing support.  

• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.  

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.  

• Stay up to date with the latest Dell Boomi features, updates, and industry best practices. 

Requirements

• Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Total 10yrs of min experience as an IT professional.
  • Boomi Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi development and architecture, including API management, EDI integrations, and cloud/hybrid integrations.
  • Integration Architecture: Strong knowledge of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) principles and best practices, including API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
  • Cloud & On-Prem Integration: Experience designing and implementing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Data Transformation & ETL: Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across various data sources, including databases (SQL, NoSQL), flat files, and cloud applications.
  • Enterprise Applications & Protocols: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • API & Web Services: Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing REST, SOAP APIs, and web services.
  • Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of authentication (OAuth, SAML, JWT), encryption, API security best practices, GDPR, HIPAA, and other compliance requirements.
  • Performance Tuning & Monitoring: Experience with Boomi monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation in integration environments.

• Soft Skills & Leadership:

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading integration projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and enterprise architects.
  • Agile & SDLC Knowledge: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

• Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Dell Boomi Certifications (Preferred): Boomi Associate, Professional, or Architect Certification.
  • Additional relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered integrations in Boomi.

  • Knowledge of enterprise messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Hands-on experience with data governance, master data management (MDM), and data synchronization across enterprise systems.
