About Us: Green Front Furniture is a leading national furniture retailer located in Farmville, VA is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Returns Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing returns, exchanges, and replacements as part of our Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer issues related to purchased furniture with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and in-house delivery and repair teams to resolve concerns promptly.
  • Proactively manage returns, exchanges, and replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, outside vendors, and internal departments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle competing priorities efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize MS Office and Google tools to manage daily tasks and communication.
  • Work with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite, to process and track returns and exchanges.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or furniture environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
