Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with experience in SAP, Kofax, and DocuWare? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative , where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing and outstanding customer support.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, enter, and confirm purchase orders with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate daily with customers, sales managers, and operations teams.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, shipping issues, and product inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Use SAP, EDI, Kofax, and DocuWare to manage customer data and order documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service that strengthens customer relationships and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP experience.
• EDI, Kofax, and DocuWare are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
