Job Summary: Professional Care Match, LLC. is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), and PCA (Personal Care Assistant) positions in Beverly, Massachusetts. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time, hourly position with immediate hire availability. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transportation as needed
• Administer medications and monitor changes in health status
• Keep accurate records and communicate any concerns or updates to the care team
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/license in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
