Position: Client Solutions Associate

Location: New York, NY

Type: Permanent (10 hours shift)

Salary Range: $60k to 70k/PA + performance bonus

Our Client a global primary research and knowledge services firm is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to support its growing research practice. The company connects decision-makers across finance, consulting, and corporate sectors with subject matter experts worldwide. Through expert interviews, surveys, and tailored consulting engagements, clients receive critical insights to drive high-impact business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management and delivery timelines for client research projects
  • Delegate tasks, coach junior team members, and ensure timely expert engagement
  • Understand client needs and pain points; conduct quick-turn industry research to guide expert sourcing strategies
  • Screen and identify qualified advisors, consultants, and experts who align with client requirements
  • Act as the primary decision-maker in expert selection and project direction
  • Collaborate across internal teams—sales, compliance, and international—to ensure seamless project execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement
  • Negotiate consultation rates and finalize expert engagement terms
  • Contribute to organizational strategy, team growth, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Preferred 2023/2024 Grad)
  • Minimum 10 months of full-time experience in business development, sales, account management, recruiting, or consulting
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with client or stakeholder management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Open to feedback and mentorship; eager to grow professionally
