About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Impact and Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to transform politics and restore democracy. The successful candidate will be a senior leader, partnering with the founding CEO to oversee core functions and build systems to support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with a strong background in electoral politics, and a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams. Applicants for the Chief Impact and Operating Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with a focus on electoral politics, and at least 5 years in senior leadership across multiple functions. The role requires exceptional team management, operational skills, and a passion for the mission to improve politics and democracy.
