Customer Service Representative Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering top-tier service to customers and internal teams. This position ensures timely order processing, accurate data entry, and effective communication across departments to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee customer orders from initiation to fulfillment with accuracy and urgency
• Handle quote intake and enter data into ERP/CRM systems promptly
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate resolution of delivery or service issues
• Address customer complaints and relay feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with production, shipping, warehouse, design, and sales teams
• Facilitate technical support for customers when needed
• Oversee monthly and year-end account closeouts
• Travel up to 10% may be required
• All other duties as assigned by management

Customer Service Representative Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, whole numbers)
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP/CRM platforms
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Clear driving record for the past 3 years
• Knowledge of company products preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and business software

Work Environment: Primarily based in an office setting with occasional visits to production and outdoor areas. May require PPE in specific environments.
