Job Title
Bar Manager

Job Summary
Manages, controls, and plans the activities of the bar.

General Accountabilities
•\tPlans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the bar.
•\tSchedules bartenders according to the level of customer demand.
•\tForecasts the daily flow of customers and adjusts the number of staff for each shift accordingly.
•\tEnsures that the inventory of the bar is well managed.
•\tTracks all the sales of all types of drinks including beers, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages.
•\tEnsures that the bar is cleaned on a daily basis.
•\tPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
•\tEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.
•\tExperience: Two to four years of related experience.
