Your Impact:

• 🌟 Structure Complex Transactions : Draft and negotiate $5M–$50M purchase agreements, leases, and financing deals for commercial properties.
• 📝 Draft Key Documents : Prepare contracts, LOIs, and closing documents, ensuring compliance with 2025 NY Real Property Law.
• 🔍 Conduct Due Diligence : Review title reports, zoning regulations, and environmental assessments to mitigate transaction risks.
• 🗣️ Advise Clients : Guide developers and investors on deal terms, tax incentives, and regulatory compliance.
• 📂 Manage Closings : Coordinate with lenders and title companies to execute seamless transaction closings.
• ⚖️ Research Regulations : Analyze NY’s 1031 exchange rules and zoning laws to optimize deal structures.
